Giant Wallbook Comes to Hay!

The World’s Biggest Book Comes to the Hay Literary Festival!

A giant ‘Pavement Edition’ of the What on Earth? Wallbook  - 2m high and nearly 8m long – will be on show at The Telegraph Hay Literary Festival from 28th May to 5th June 2011.

Christopher Lloyd, dressed in a coat of many pockets, will be giving TWO free talks at day at the giant Wallbook, which  will be the main feature at this year’s festival’s Family Zone. The talks will be at 12 noon and 3pm each day.

The giant Wallbook comprises a graphical timeline that tells the story of planet, life and people from the beginning of time to the present day in more than 1,000 pictures and captions. On the back is a 7,000-word narrative guide to the history of the world.

What’s more a special Daily Telegraph Hay Festival Souvenir Edition of the What on Earth Wallbook will be available for sale at the bargain price of £12 (normal RRP £17.50) from Pemberton’s, the festival’s bookshop.

Christopher Lloyd will be on hand by the Giant Wallbook to answer questions and sign copies throughout the entire festival
